1. Shipping Coverage
We offer international shipping to most countries around the world. Shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and available couriers are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the destination.
2. Shipping Insurance
All shipments are automatically insured up to a value of €35 at no additional cost.
If the total declared value of the shipped products is €35 or more, Users may purchase optional insurance during checkout to cover the full value of the shipment.
Pullo strongly recommends adding insurance for high-value collectibles to ensure full protection in case of loss or damage.
3. Packaging and Handling
- All items are carefully packed using protective materials suitable for collectibles.
- Each shipment includes tracking information, available through the User’s account or via email once dispatched.
- Handling time may vary based on warehouse activity and the nature of the items stored in the Vault.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and courier service chosen. International deliveries may be subject to customs inspections or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
